Your fees with amounts, whether you hold client money protection, and the name of your redress scheme must all appear on your website — not only on the office wall. Most independent agents have two of the three.

Your CQC rating must be displayed on your website with a link to the latest report. Hard-code it and the page becomes wrong the day a new rating is published — which is a worse problem than never having shown it.

We show our working
Every tick quotes the text we found and where. Every cross says plainly that it means "not found in the pages we crawled" — it might be somewhere we did not reach.

Each line links to legislation.gov.uk, not to our summary of it. You can check us.

We say what we cannot do
The care check cannot yet verify a displayed rating is the current one. It says so on the report rather than implying otherwise.
If something is missing
We will write the page for you.
A compliant fees, client-money and redress page for a letting agent is £99, written in your wording, formatted to paste straight in, with a re-check afterwards showing it now passes. Installing the official CQC ratings widget and linking your report is £49.
If the check comes back clean we will tell you that and sell you nothing. It happens, and saying so is the only reason to trust the times it does not.
