What this service is

An automated observation of publicly available web pages, compared against published UK legislation. It is provided free and as is.

What it is not

It is not legal advice and creates no professional relationship. It is not a compliance certificate and no enforcement body recognises it. A clean result is not a defence, and a cross is not a finding of breach — only a court or the relevant regulator can determine that. If a result matters to you, take advice from a solicitor.

Accuracy

The checks are text-level and can be wrong in both directions: they may miss a disclosure that is present but worded unusually, in an image, or on a page we did not reach, and they may register wording that is not in fact the disclosure. Every report says which pages were crawled and quotes the evidence so you can judge it yourself.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on a result. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

Check sites you own or have a legitimate interest in. Do not use the service to overload a third party's website. We rate-limit and may block abuse.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
